Flounder
Todays fishing charter was focused on fishing St Pete area beaches within a mile from the shore. We started out fishing 3 baits free lined and 1 on the bottom. Within 10 minutes we started seeing action and it only got better. The flounder we caught today were all nice compared to what I usually see while fishing Tampa Bay Area flats. The biggest went 20″. We also caught a mix of gag grouper, red grouper, key west grunt, spanish mackerel, jack crevalle, bluefish, and ladyfish.

St. Pete Beach fishing charters should stay consistent until the cold fronts drop the water temperature too low and the fish move on to their offshore haunts.
